Missing Persons

I spoke with Inspector Martin today at San Francisco Missing Persons. She said that she would at least look up Gigi in the computer system and get back to me. Inspector Martin did confirm what I had been told before by the San Francisco Police. That after so many years files are thrown away? I just can't grasp this, can you.. someone please help me understand! I mean if one of President Bush's daughters is abducted or goes missing and years pass and the case is not solved, do you think that that case file would be thrown out like trash. My God, the only proof that there was as to what happened to Gigi or that she was reported missing, existed in that case file. I am setting myself on a course that will not end until someone can tell me something about what happened to Gigi and why the San Francisco Police Department and Missing Persons Department think that they have the right to add insult after insult to pain and suffering by devaluing Gigi's very existence and life by throwing out her case file.
